Tribal Empowerment
At Motcham, weekends are not breaks from responsibility, they are opportunities to give back with purpose. Our Weekend Impact Projects focus on empowering tribal and underserved communities through practical skills, collective responsibility, and long-term nourishment for future generations.
Skill & Employability Training
We provide hands-on, job-oriented skill training to individuals from tribal and underserved communities. Training is conducted during weekends and focuses on skills with real local demand.

Carpentry and household maintenance
Outcome:
Participants gain employable skills that create income opportunities and economic independence within their own communities.
Community Responsibility & Ownership
Along with skills, we instill a strong sense of responsibility toward community growth. Individuals trained through our program are encouraged to give back by supporting local infrastructure, mentoring others, and participating in collective welfare initiatives.
Focus areas:
-
Skill-sharing within the community
-
Supporting essential village needs
-
Encouraging leadership and accountability
Outcome:
Communities develop internal support systems, reducing dependency on external aid and strengthening collective growth.

Your Smallest Act Can Become Someone’s Greatest Peace
In a world rushing forward, a pause towards humanity is noble. Choosing to care, Choosing to restore dignity where it's been overlooked, and offering love where it's long overdue is humanity.
One Act of Kindness. A Lifetime of Liberation.
Motcham means liberation and for us, that liberation comes from love, respect, and human connection.
